IBF-International Book Forum
Now in its ninth edition, the International Book Forum is a strategic appointment in the diary of Italian and foreign publishers, literary agents, film, television and new media producers from all around the world. The business area of the International Book Fair, held in the spaces of the Lingotto Conference Centre, starts out again from the more than 6,000 meetings and 700 professionals at the last edition from about thirty countries.

Theme
The theme of memory, which will mark the 2010 edition of the Book Fair, is central to the evolution of human societies, since when they acquired awareness of themselves, became organised and looked out on history.
The Prize
2010 sees the launch of the new Turin Book Fair International Prize. This is a recognition reserved for eminent personalities in contemporary international culture, considered in their field as authentic masters, living ferments of thought.

The International Book Fair confirms again for 2010 its traditional attention for small and medium-sized publishers, a great wealth for the Fair (they constitute 70% of all exhibitors) with the confirmation of the support measures and facilitated participation formulae implemented in the last edition.
